Your privacy is very important to us. The App has been designed to keep you in control of the data you enter.
Our company recognizes that information you enter into the App may be of a very sensitive or personal nature. It is important to recognize that any information you have entered within the App can be viewed by anyone who has access to your device. Please take precautions to keep your device secure to maintain the privacy the data stored within the App.
We do not use any tools to track your use of the App. Specifically, we do not track your usage of the App or any personal identifying information or location information.
All data you have entered into the App remains on your device. Your data is not accessible to our company or any 3rd parties. The App does not transmit any of the information you have entered to any external websites or services.
You may permanently delete all data stored within PainTrakr by accessing the Edit function and choosing Clear All. This will remove any pain data and all associated comments from you device.
If you feel that you no longer wish to use the App you are free to delete it at any time. After deleting the App all data that you have entered into the App will be permanently deleted from you device.
Black Slate Software Inc. reserves the right to alter the privacy policy at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to keep up to date with any changes that may be made to this privacy policy.
